Rebecca Lou Tacey, age 74, was born on February 10, 1952 to Manly and Hester Rouse in Flint, Michigan and passed away on July 12, 2026 in Sparta, TN.
She is survived by her daughters and their families- Malieka Hall, Jennifer Lance, and Kelly Tabb.
A Celebration of Life to honor her will be Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home at 2:00 pm. Her son-in-law and daughter, Victor and Malieka Hall, will officiate the service. She will be buried at Crossville City Cemetery.
