Rebecca Lou Rouse Tacey

Born February 10, 1952 in Flint, Michigan to Manley and Hester Rouse. Known lovingly as Becky. She moved to Heaven on July 12, 2026. Becky was a caregiver and factory worker by trade. After high school years, she met and fell in love with her husband, Jim Roberts, but their marriage was short-lived as he died a hero in Vietnam soon thereafter. She remarried to Anthony Boyd Tacey. They moved to Fort Meade, Florida where they raised three daughters.

Becky is survived by her daughters – Malieka Hall (Victor), Jennifer Lance, and Kelly Tabb (Justin). Becky was blessed with six grandchildren – Kalyn Wilson, Bryce Hall, Chase Pollard, Faith Tabb, Joseph Tabb, and Katherine Lance. She also leaves behind eight great-grandchildren – Haddon Wilson, Hudson Wilson, Silas Wilson, Salem Wilson, Cora Wilson, Moses Hall, Elijah Hall, and Olivia Hall.

The Celebration of Life will be held at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 2:00p.m. Central Time. Her son-in-law and daughter, Victor and Malieka Hall, will officiate the service. She will be buried at Crossville City Cemetery.
