Joyce Loretta Green England, age 74, was born July 16, 1952 to Noah and Eunice McDonald Green in Monterey, TN and passed away on August 16, 2026 in Crossville, TN. She was a lady who loved being a homemaker. She loved her grandchildren more than anything. She enjoyed sewing and was also a seamstress doing alterations for our own Hill’s Department Store.
She is survived by her husband, Oliver Ray England and the apples of her eyes, her grand daughters, Loretta Rose England and Mikaela Olivia England. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Angela Rose England; sister, Glenna Matthews; sister-in-law, Sue Green; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Joyce was preceded in death by her son, Michael England, and her parents; her brothers- Arlis Green (Katherine), Allard Green (Susie), and Doyle Green; sisters- Emogene Bowman (J.K.), Lorene Hamby (Oscar), and Zodell Bible.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 12 to 2 with service to follow at 2. Michael Swallows will officiate and burial will be in Cold Springs Cemetery beside her son.
