A Pulaski County, Kentucky Grand Jury has indicted a Tennessee man for reportedly attempting to meet a minor for sexual purposes. Court documents state 22-year-old, Raven Dustin Linn Allen of Carthage faces human trafficking commercial sex activity, use of a minor for sex performance solicitation, promoting a minor in a sex performance solicitation, unlawful transaction with a minor for solicitation of an illegal sex act; prohibited use of electronic communication system to procure a minor, and distribution of obscene matter to a minor. Allen allegedly had been sending and asking to get  explicit photos to the juvenile on Snapchat and that he had requested to meet an 11-year-old for sexual relations. Allen was transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center  and is scheduled to be arraigned in court Friday.
