Allen Eugene Smith, age 64 of Monroe, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
