He is survived by his wife- Geneva Russell of Crossville; son- Shawn Russell of Harriman; daughter- Melinda (Phil) Holt of Kingston; grandchildren- Lauren & Landon Russell of Harriman and Dylan & Dalton Holt of Kingston; aunt & uncle- Charles & June Nelson; special nieces- Faye (Raymond) Smith and Vicky (Darwin) Scarlett, both of Crossville; and special family- Joanne Cox of Kingston and Tom Mize of Spring City. Allen was preceded in death by his parents- Hubert Martel & Laura (Nelson) Russell; brother- Doyle Russell; and sister- Karen Russell Davis.
