Alon Stout, age 54 of Grimsley, formerly of Gainesboro, TN passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7:00 pm cst at the Life Church at The Edge building, 2223 N. Washington Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm cst at Life Church at The Edge building.

The family will also receive friends on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 10:30 am to 12 noon cst at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow at the Walnut Grove Cemetery, 191 Jasper Lane, Winfield, TN at 1:00 pm central time (2:00 pm eastern time).

Alon was born on January 14, 1971 in Jackson County, Tennessee to Dimple Harris and Harvey Stout. He was someone who enjoyed life and those who he spent time with. He owned and operated Stout Excavating. He took pride in his work with all of his equipment. He was also an over the road trucker for many years. He was also an avid outdoorsman who loved deer hunting.
