Funeral Services for Anna Gail Rigsby, age 76, of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Rev. Tony Phipps and Rev. Bobby Floyd will officiate with interment to follow in the Welch Memorial Cemetery. Ms. Rigsby was born on Friday, June 17, 1949, in Monterey, Tennessee, to the late Clarence Alex and Dorothy Mae Kilgore Buckner. Ms. Rigsby passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025, at TriStar Centennial Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Ms. Rigsby was a homemaker, and a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother that cherished her family. She was known as head strong also enjoying laughing, flowers, and spending time with her family. She was Baptist in faith and attended Woodcliff Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Shawnel Key of Cookeville, TN; son, Kelly Key of Monterey, TN; grandchildren, Keelan (Caitlin) Key, and Macy Key; great grandson, Walker Raymond Key; brother and sister-in-law, Rev. Richard and Sybil Buckner of Monterey, TN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Doyle Edward Key and Burl Killian Rigsby; special friend, Frank Jones; brothers, Clarence Jr., Willie Carl, James Harold, and Harvey Dale Buckner; and sister, Virginia Nell Templeton.
