Anna Mae Howard, age 89, was born August 15, 1931 to Lyle W. Moon and Nellie Baughey Moon in Toledo, Ohio. She passed away on November 17, 2020 in Chattanooga. She is survived by her children:  Joanne Matthews and partner, Don Roysdon, of Crossville, Robert Howard (Mallory) of Panama City, Florida, James Howard Jr. of Crossville, and Rolland “Buddy” Howard (Carolyn), of Crossville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and brother: Rolland “Bud” Moon (Mary) of Toledo, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 58 and a half years: James Howard Sr.; daughter-in-law: Emma Jean Howard; and siblings: George Moon and Sue Schwartzback.
