Survivors include her husband: Carl Boles; son: Cory Pruett (Kayleigh); grandchildren: Axle, Jade, Gage, and Cole on the way; mother: Barbara Roth; sisters: Jeanette Dorsey and Kimberly Ruth; nieces: Tabitha Larson and Jax Lenker; nephew: Jordan Centers and Colin Lenker; great niece: Kerei Rose; and great nephews: Dante Rose and Gideon Rose.
