AUTHORITIES SEARCHING FOR KIDNAPPING SUSPECT TYLER JUSTIN HALL

(UPDATE) – Hall was arrested late yesterday in Smithville, Tennessee.

(PREVIOUS STORY) – Putnam and White County authorities are searching for 29-year-old Tyler Justin Hall.

The incident started late last night at Sam’s Club in Cookeville. Two employees were in the parking lot when they were approached by Hall who reportedly took out a pistol and ordered them into the female victim’s car. Hall then told the male victim to drive them toward White County. Near the Walmart in Sparta, the male victim was able to wrestle the gun away from Hall. Hall then ran from the scene.

Hall was last seen wearing a red shirt, white shorts, gray hat and carrying a camouflage backpack.

Hall is being sought for aggravated sexual battery and two counts of aggravated kidnapping. He is known to visit homeless camps in the Cookeville area.
