Barbara J Seiber, age 79 of the Windrock community passed away surrounded by her loved ones at Oak Ridge Hospital on Friday, September 26, 2025. Barbara was much loved by many people and all that knew her was her family; she will be deeply missed by many. Barbara was a member of Union Valley Baptist Church, she enjoyed crochet, sewing and enjoyed being around her family.

Barbara is survived by her children: Joe Seiber of Oliver Springs, TN, Lee & David Whalen of Harriman, TN, Jane & Donnie Crumbley of Frost Bottom, TN and Billy & Toscha Seiber of Oliver Springs, TN. A brother, Boone Morgan of Claxton, TN, sisters; Debbie Wood of Oliver Springs, TN, Susan Bunch of Crossville, TN, Kathy Davidson of Cincinnati, OH and Linda Peck of Oregon state. Grandchildren; Megan Avila, Ful Avila, Lindsey Seiber, Bryant Booker, Andrew Seiber, Faith Pride, Destiney Phillips, Tabitha Morrison, Chase Morrison and Austin Parker. Great Grandchildren; Finley Avila, Mateo Avila, Asher Dalton, Truce Booker, Blayde Parker, Jayson Pride and Salem Seiber.

Barbara is proceeded in death by her husband Freddy Seiber, father and mother Dillard & Ruby Morgan, brothers Bill Morgan and Micheal Morgan, sister Marcie Scott and a Great Granddaughter, Willow Booker.

The family will have a Graveside service at 12:30 P.M. on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Seiber Cemetery in Frost Bottom, TN.
