Betty Louise Bullock, age 86, of Harriman, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025 at Roane Medical Center in Harriman.  She was born June 24, 1939 in Ft. Benning, Georgia. Betty was a faithful member of South Harriman Baptist Church since 2003.  She was a wonderful seamstress who enjoyed sewing, quilting and cross stitching.  She loved cooking for her family and friends and was also an avid reader.  Preceded in death by her parents, Johnny James Garrett & Mildred Inez Deese Garrett; brothers and sisters, Richard Garrett, Raymond Garrett, Glennie McLees, Barbara Jean Glass, Charles Garrett, James Garrett, Sandra Harris and Wanda Castleberry.

The family will receive friends 1:00 – 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 22, 2025 at South Harriman Baptist Church with a Celebration of Life  following at 2:00 pm, in the sanctuary with Rev. James Griffith officiating.
