Betty “Timmie” Douglas age 93 of Harriman, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at the Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Timmie was a longtime employee who retired from the Department of Transportation. She had a heart of gold and was loved by all who knew her. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Bill Douglas, son Billy Douglas, sister Alice Gibson, brothers William and Daniel Stout.

Daughter Darlene Kitts of Knoxville,
Son Lance Douglas (Julie) of Murfreesboro,
Grandchildren Casi, Sean (Christina), Spencer,
Great grandchildren Anna, Chandler, Ian, Connor, and Claire.

Requiem Mass 10:00 am Monday, December 23, 2024, at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Father Michael Sweeney officiating. Interment will follow at Harriman Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Building Fund 535 Margrave Drive Harriman, TN. 37748.
