President Biden issued a pardon for a Tennessee man on Thursday.

This was part of the largest single-day act of clemency in modern history.

James Edgar Yarbrough is a 79-year-old man who was convicted of non-violent offenses.

According to the Department of Justice, Yarbrough is an Air Force veteran who earned a Purple Heart Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and more than 10 other medals and awards.
