The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) responded to a call in Hardin County about a boating accident yesterday afternoon on Pickwick Lake in Dry Creek cove. TWRA officers responded to a collision involving two personal watercrafts (PWC) with three people involved in the accident. Authorities say 40-year-old David Carter was pronounced dead at the scene. Carter’s six-year-old daughter was airlifted to a trauma center where she later passed away. The operator of the other PWC was not injured. TWRA is currently investigating the accident.
