Grainger County medics and law enforcement responded to Olen Marshal Lake Access area in Grainger County yesterday for a drowning. Officers say two brothers were swimming when one went under and never resurfaced. Around 8:30 p.m. last night, search crews found the body of 20-year-old Victor Baltzor Perez of Morristown. No other information about the circumstances leading up to the drowning was released.
