Boy Scout Troops 20 and 2319 in Putnam County, along with assistance from Ella McGugin and Emeline Dubois of Venturing Crew, placed 19 crosses on the lawn of the courthouse to remember the lives lost in the March 3, 2020 tornado. The “19 Reflections Memorial” includes the names of the ones that died and a picture of them. The courthouse is located at 300 East Spring Street in Cookeville. Putnam County officials and citizens honor the lost, lift their families in prayer, and continue to join together as a strong, united community.
