“Buddy” Delmer Hershel Cotter, age 70, of Pleasant Hill, TN, passed away at Uplands Village on September 17, 2024.

Mr. Cotter was born on April 21, 1954, in Crossville, TN, son of the late Lena Marie (Jay) Maynard.

Buddy was a residential Electrician.

He is survived by his children, Darrell (Laurie) Cotter and April (JT) Thurman; grandchildren, Alex (Trista) Cotter, Bre (Brandon) Weidner, Ashton Doris, Chloe Doris, Lydia Thurman, Kendall Thurman, and Scarlett Thurman; great grandchildren, Jett Cotter, Stone Weidner, Owen Cotter, Beau Cotter, and River Weidner; brothers, Bruce Cotter, Frankie Cotter, and Dallas Cotter; a niece and several nephews.

In addition to his parents, Buddy is preceded in death by his brother, David Cotter.

Funeral Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at Slate Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service.
