CARL H. GRIFFIN, age 80 of Crossville, TN passed away July 7, 2023. He was born July 4, 1943, in Crossville, TN the son of Luther and Zola Webber Griffin. He was retired as a design engineer with Cummings Sign Company. He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Crossville, TN and a former member of Giles Creek Baptist Church in Smyrna, TN. He enjoyed spending time with family, working outdoors, and vacationing on the beach at Pawleys Island. He appreciated the beauty of nature, artwork, and music.
He is survived by his daughters- Diane Frazier and her husband Terry of Smyrna, TN and Angie Juarez and her husband John of Franklin, TN, grandchildren- Brian Frazier and his wife Lizhe, Jason Frazier and his wife Stephanie, Julia Juarez and Justin Juarez and great granddaughter- Alyssa Yao Frazier. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Glenda Griffin, sister- Marietta Pratt and brother- Wayne Griffin. Funeral services will be held Saturday July 15, 2023, at 1:00pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00noon-1:00pm, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pomona Cemetery.
