Carolyn S. Blank, 75, of Harriman, passed away Monday, May 25, 2026, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Born September 26, 1950, in Harriman, she was a lifelong resident of Roane County. She graduated from Harriman High School and attended Clax Gap Baptist Church as long as her health permitted.

Carolyn spent many years working as housekeeper for Dr. David & Marilyn Stanley.  She was a loving mother and enjoyed watching Hallmark movies.

Preceded in death by first husband, Gary Bridges; second husband, Gregory F. Blank; parents, Conley & Bonnie Cooper Loy; brothers, J.D. Loy, Gene Loy, Clifford Loy, H.L. Loy; sisters, Barbara Loy, Imogene Loy, and Brenda McGhee.

She is survived by her son, Shane Bridges and significant other, Deana Spears of Harriman; brother, J. E. (Butch) Loy of Harriman and several extended family members.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Clax Gap Cemetery in Harriman with Pastor Garvin Walls officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Fraker Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
