Charles “Bud” Weir Jr, age 83, was born on September 11, 1938, to Charles and Irene Weir Sr in Nashville, TN. He passed away at his home in Crossville, TN on April 22, 2022.

He is survived by his nieces Nancy Marshall and Jaime Thrall; great-nephew James Marshall Thrall; special caretaker Jamie Bice; and a multitude of friends at Hilltoppers.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Woodford Weir Sr and Irene Kimes Weir; and his sister Sally Marshall.
