Charles Edward Medlin
December 17,1939 – March 30, 2022

Charles (Buddy) Medlin Born in Blue Mountain Mississippi to Alba Catherine and Edmond Franklin Medlin, entered into his eternal home on March 30 2022. He lived his life of 82 years happy and full of love, gratitude and meaning. Always the first to give you the shirt off his back. A soldier in the United States Army, he loved also being a Soldier for the Lord. If you didn’t know Jesus before you met him, you knew Jesus before you left.

Preceded in death by his Father, Mother, Step Mother Elsie Medlin. Preceded also by his Brother James (Sonny) Medlin, and Sister Juanita Medlin.

Survived by his loving wife of 60 years Cora Lee Medlin, daughter Pamela (Mark) Bowman, daughter Catherine (Emery) Mahaffey and Son Charles (Cheryl) Medlin; Survived also by his Brother David (Cathy) Medlin, Sister Sandy (Ed) Lewis, Sister in Law Patti Medlin and Sister Cindy Goodell. His legacy continues with 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be Saturday, April 16, 2022, 1 pm Flatfork Cemetery, Wartburg, TN
