Charles M. Daniels age 89 of Grandview, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton, Tennessee.

Charles was born September 30, 1936 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Elvin and Ella Mae Jackson Daniels. He was a member of the Chattanooga Valley Baptist Church for many years in Flintstone, GA. He has been a resident of Grandview, Tennessee since 1968, right after he married the love of his life, Linda G. Daniels, wife of 57 years.

Charles was a man of all trades and had many talents. He worked for his Dad at E.C. Daniels Construction from a young age, alongside his brothers, until he moved to the farm in Grandview in 1968. He went on to simultaneously work as a farmer, raising cattle & hay, a logger and owned and operated a home repair business until his retirement in 1998.

Charles was an avid hunter, fisherman (from Alaska to Florida) and trapper. He was a member of the TN Furharvesters for many years. Some of his other interests included horseback riding, watching old western movies and spending time with his family. Above all, his most treasured time was traveling and spending time with his wife, Linda, whose love was visual to everyone around them.

Charles is also preceded in death by his daughters Darlene Mansfield, Crystal Braden Long and brother Eugene Daniels.

Charles is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda Daniels of Grandview, Tennessee and children Alan (Selina) Daniels of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, Charles “Chuck”(Sandy) Daniels of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, Tara (Jess) Braden Molesky of Grandview, Tennessee, Elayne Daniels Blansit of Hixson, Tennessee and Shannon Daniels of Grandview, Tennessee, brother Donald F. Daniels of Florida, 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, January 3, 2026 in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M.

Interment will follow at Mt. Sulphur Cemetery in Grandview, Tennessee. Family will receive friends Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 12:00P.M. until 2:00P.M.
