CHARLES WILLIAM CAVENDER SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS IN PRISON
A sentencing hearing was held in a Fentress County courtroom today for Charles William Cavender. Judge E. Shayne Sexton gave him 10 years to serve in prison in the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
Back on October 15, 2020, Cavender was convicted of the unlawful carrying of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a handgun while under the influence of alcohol, and two counts each of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
