Funeral Services for Charles William Cooper, age 83, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on September 11, 2021, will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home with burial to follow at Crossville City Cemetery.
