Charlotte Lewis, 73, was born on May 31, 1949, to Otis and Jean Campbell in Crossville, TN. She passed away on June 7, 2022, at her home in Crossville, TN.

She is survived by her husband Pugh Lewis; children Jerry (Amber) McAnally, Terry (Honey) McAnally, Chuck (Amory) Lewis, Leslie (Brandon) Letner, and Jason (Lori) Lewis; grandchildren Brandon, Cody, Jaxon, Taylor, Tucker, Alexis, Stuart, Andy, Makenzie, Destiny, Tyler, and Jacey; great-grandchildren Chloe, Jameson, Harper, Tegan, Bentley, and Garrett; and dogs Penny Jo and Petey.

She was preceded in death by her parents Otis Frank and Jean (McCowan) Campbell and siblings Kenny and Polly Campbell.

Charlotte was the matriarch of the family. She loved having all of her children together and holding family functions. She also enjoyed fishing, gardening, and bowling. 

Services will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10 am to 12 pm with the service to follow at 12 pm. Her remains will be buried in Green Acres Memory Gardens immediately following the service.
