Mrs. McCowan Was Born On Thursday, November 9, 1950, In Monterey, Tennessee, To The Late Oliver Doyle And Betty Blaylock Qualls. Mrs. McCowan Passed Away On Thursday, October 13, 2022, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mrs. McCowan Was A Teacher Assistant For 31 Years Working At Uffelman Elementary And Retired From Burks Middle School. She Was the Current Co-Owner Of Hello Market Blessings. She Was A Member Of Monterey 2nd Freewill Baptist Church.

She Is Survived By Her Husband Of 54 Years, Argle McCowan Of Monterey, TN; Daughters, Denesa Phillips Of Monterey, TN, Bethany And Kevin Melton Of The Union B Community; Grandchildren, Johnathan Phillips, Joshua Phillips, Rachel Melton, Jacob Melton, Jared Melton, And Rebekah Melton; Sisters, Janet And Grady Wilson Of Crossville, TN, Sharon And Avery York Of Crossville, TN, Cindy And Randy Garrett Of Crossville, TN; Brother, Roger And Yevonne Qualls Of Crossville, TN.
