CHATTANOOGA SEX OFFENDER BEHIND BARS AGAIN

HIXSON, Tenn. — A registered sex offender faces charges after police say a Hixson store employee spotted images depicting child sexual abuse material on his phone.
An affidavit says the man went to the store to find out how he could transfer files from his phone to another device.
Police arrested 73-year-old Randall Lee Fraley on Monday.
That police report says officers responded to the AT&T store on Highway 153, after an employee reached out to them.
That employee said Fraley brought in his phone and “asked for assistance in copying media from his over to another storage device.”
When that employee opened Fraley’s phone, the report says that worker saw child sexual abuse material “in the recent apps.” An investigator also saw the material, according to the report.
The employee said while his store doesn’t perform the service Fraley asked for, he had helped Fraley out in the past.
The employee said he saw an image of a child he believed to be a ‘young toddler,’ and another image featuring a male teenager.
The affidavit says Fraley has been a registered sex offender in Tennessee since 1994, and that his convictions “involved hands-on offenses with juvenile victims.”
