The Crossville City Council voted to approve these street closings, and also the story has been updated to reflect street closures properly.

The Crossville city council is set to discuss several street closures to accommodate the Crossville Cruisers event set to take place on April 26th, May 24th, June 28th, and July 26th from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.

The event, should the closures be approved, we’ll see Main Street cordoned off from 4th Street to Lantana Road with other closures to block off the area at the intersections of 4th and Rector, 2nd and Rector, 1st and Rector, and Stanley Street and Rector. The closures will be mirrored on the other side on Thurman Avenue at the intersections of 4th Street, 2nd Street, 1st Street, and Stanley Street.

This item was placed on the agenda for a vote at next week’s meeting taking place at 6:00 on Tuesday.
