Eighth Judicial District Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton sentenced Ronnie Lee Clayborn of Fentress County to 27 years for child rape and incest. It will be served in the Tennessee Department of Correction without parole. This case was investigated and prosecuted by Detective Jason Duncan with the Fentress County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Children’s Center of the Cumberlands.
