Connie Lou Dowker, age 66, of Kingston, passed away March 17, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Georgia Harrison. She is survived by her husband:  Steven Dowker; son: Jaret Dowker and fiancé Thomas Price of Kingston; and daughter: Presley Dowker-Key (Charles) of Knoxville.
