The Cumberland County Health Department will extend their hours three different days so parents will have a chance to get their children the needed vaccines before school starts. The hours will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday July 23), this Thursday (July 25), and Tuesday, August 6. Appointments can be made by calling the Cumberland County Health Department at (931) 484-6196. Students enrolling in schools in the state are required to have certain vaccines based on grade and age.
