DAIRY QUEEN BLIZZARD COMES WITH A FREE BOLT?

Those of you looking to avoid introducing more iron into your diet may want to be aware of the Dairy Queen located on Main Street in Crossville as a local woman, Amber Cheyann, claims there was a metal bolt in her boyfriend’s frozen dairy treat.
“We just ordered a large brownie batter blizzard, and about halfway through there was a BOLT IN the blizzard. My boyfriend was eating it and took a bite and bit into this BOLT.”
She said she got the blizzard remade, but employees and the manager were laughing about it. She was able to contact Dairy Queen’s corporate HQ to complain.
Their response reads:
“Thank you for contacting American Dairy Queen Corporation (ADQ), and bringing your concerns to our attention. I am very sorry to learn of your experience. Please know that the concerns you raised are serious and we are responding to them as such. As you may already know, this restaurant is an independently owned and operated franchise. I have documented your concerns and forwarded them to our Operations Division that work most closely with this restaurant for this information and investigation. I have also forwarded your concerns to this independent franchise owner of this restaurant for their information and investigation.”
