Funeral services for Delano Lawrence “D.L.” Harwell, age 82, of Byrdstown, will be Wednesday, May 8, at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow in Lovelady-Sims Cemetery. Family will receive friends Wednesday, from 12 noon until the time of the service. Survivors include a sister, Ada Goodworth of Byrdstown; a niece, Paula Johnston; two nephews, Shane Harwell and Gary Goodworth; and cousins, other family members and friends. Brown Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
