Dennis Lynn Dunlap, 72, of Crossville, TN (formerly of Bartlett, IL) passed away peacefully on January 15, 2022 at Uplands Village.

He was born in Macomb, IL on April 13, 1949 to Truman and Madelyn Dunlap. He enjoyed studying the Bible, spending time with family and friends, collecting and showing his John Deere tractors, driving his 1971 Chevy truck, golfing, gardening, and bicycling. He loved to laugh and to talk to people.

He is survived by his wife Patricia Dunlap; sister Joyce Reeder; children Brandon Dunlap, Erin (Jason) Kindt, Tianna (Bobby) Crews, Jason (Kendall) Dunlap; grandchildren Tiarra Meriwether, Devin Meriwether, Jackson Kindt, Madelyn Dunlap, Jackson Dunlap, Harrison Dunlap, and baby boy Dunlap due in July; great grandchild Paxton Meriwether and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents Truman and Madelyn Dunlap; brother Gary Dunlap; and grandson Jayden Anderson.

A memorial visitation will be held at Fairfield Glade Community Church on January 22, 2022 from 9:00-11:00 and a church service at 11:00.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Association may be made.
