DEVELOPING STORY- COOKEVILLE FIREFIGHTERS BATTLE BLAZE AT CRAWDADDY’S RESTAURANT
(DEVELOPING STORY) – Cookeville firefighters responded to a blaze at Crawdaddy’s restaurant in the downtown area early this morning. Crews arrived around 3:30 a.m. to see flames spreading quickly. They eventually got it under control. No injuries were initially reported. A cause of the fire is being determined. Officials say West Broad Street from Walnut to Oak Street and Cedar Avenue from West Broad to 1st Street will be closed until further notice. More information will be released at a later time.
