(DEVELOPING STORY) – PLANE CRASHES IN GILES COUNTY

(DEVELOPING STORY) – The Giles County Sheriff’s Office says a single-engine airplane has crashed near Pulaski near the Marshall County line.

Airport officials say the single-engine Beechcraft airplane went down near Diana Ridge Road. They lost contact with it around 11 a.m. this morning.

The aircraft took off in Knoxville at 10:48 a.m. ET and was headed for the airport in Pulaski when it crashed shortly after 11 a.m.

The plane is registered to Plantation Reclaimed Inc.

Officials confirm two died in the crash.
