Diana Lee Brooks (aka MEE MEE), passed away peacefully at Wyndridge Nursing Home in Crossville TN on September 23, 2026 at the age of 71. Diana was born on November 11, 1954 in Dayton, OH. She was preceded in death by: Hilda Winters (mother), Robert Dunham (father), Clyde & Irene Arthur (grandparents), Nevada Riley (step-mother), Michael Parrott (brother), Rick Jarvis (brother), Verna McCann (sister), Randall Heath Jackson (nephew). She is survived by her daughters: Angela Howard (Ray), Crystal Brooks, Sarah Brooks. Her grandchildren: William Brooks, Alexis Diana Robb, Talieha Howard, Cally Prater, Landen Brooks, Abigail Brooks, WIllow Chiellot, Leland Brooks. Her Great Grandchildren: Braylin Brooks, Teagan Brooks, Aidon Brooks, Daxley Brooks. Diana loved her family. She loved being a mother, grandmother & great grandmother. She worked as a bus driver for children with disabilities in Lebanon Ohio for 25 years. Those students on her bus were like her own children. She was a prankster & would love to play tricks on people on Halloween. Her favorite holiday was Christmas because she loved the family coming together. She loved to play cards & board games. Camping was a great family time for her. Diana enjoyed listening to music & dancing. That was something that was a relaxing thing for her. She was an avid motorcycle rider. She loved to take rides & enjoy the scenery. She was a member of Abate that helped kids with Toys for Tots for Christmas. She was also a member of the Eagles Lodge along with the American Legion & the VFW. She loved to go to events at these places with her kids & grandbabies. Diana loved hard & lived the same way. Celebration of Life will be at : Hood Funeral Home & Crematory 2371 US-127 Crossville, TN 38572 on October 16, 2026 at 11:00am to 1:00pm with Service at 1:00pm. Lunch will follow.
