Dollywood Parks and Resorts is the only theme park named on Forbes’ 2025 list of America’s Best Employers for Women, ranking 458 out of 700 companies. The ranking, based on surveys from the past three years by Statista, evaluates personal and public feedback and leadership diversity.

Dollywood’s Vice President of Human Resources, Susan Loveday, highlighted their commitment to fostering a supportive culture with leadership development, flexible scheduling, and mentorship programs. Dollywood has also been recognized as the No. 1 U.S. theme park by Tripadvisor for three of the last four years.
