Donna Daughtry, age 82, Fort Worth, Texas, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 21, 2026.

Donna was born in Pratt, Kansas, and raised in Amarillo, Texas. She married Johnie Daughtry, with whom she had four children. She was a devoted wife for 49 years.

Donna found her greatest joy in her family, who were the center of her life. She was a pillar of strength to her loved ones. She lived with quiet resilience and unwavering devotion. No one was ever a stranger to her. She was quick to welcome all with warmth, kindness, and an open heart. She was willing to help those in need, no matter how great or small.

Her life was deeply rooted in faith in God and reflected a steadfast spiritual conviction. She was known for her humility, wisdom, and gentle spirit. She lived each day with strength and purpose. Her natural beauty and grace drew people in, while her calm presence and sweet nature left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege to know her.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Johnie; son: Tracy; parents: Glen and Maudena; brother: Jimmy; and sister: Sandra.

She is survived by her sister: Debi; children: April, Michael (Yong-Ki), and Shelly (Omar); grandchildren: Douglas, Jonathan, Tanya, Daniel, Justin, and Kimberly; nieces: Angel, Shawn, Kista, and Heather; nephew: Jacob; and great-grandchildren: Killian, Bricen, Jacob, and Andrew.

She will be deeply missed by all those who loved her.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 2 p.m. Eastern in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Rockwood.
