Mrs. Donna Gayle Allen of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away Monday, November 14, 2022, at her residence in Burkesville, Kentucky, having attained the age of 66 years, 8 months & 16 days. She was born in Burkesville, Kentucky on Wednesday, February 29, 1956, the daughter of Belden Allen and Barbara Murphy. She was of the Methodist faith, a member of Liberty United Methodist Church, and a home health nurse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Mark Collins.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Jo Wright of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, siblings, Tammy (Kenny) Hurt of Burkesville, Kentucky, Kelly Collins of Celina, Tennessee, Shane (& Amanda) Allen of Danville, Kentucky, grandchild, Jacob (& Crystal) Wright of Richmond, Kentucky, great-grandchildren, Connor Wright, Lincoln Wright, special grandson, Waylon Riddle, special friend, Tabitha Gibson of Burkesville, Kentucky, along with several other friends.

The Memorial Service will be conducted on Friday, November 18, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in The Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville with Bro. Neal Owsley officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 18, 2022, after 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations to help pay final expenses are suggested and may be left at the funeral home. Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville is honored to be in charge of the arrangements.
