Doris Sue Hodges, age 82, of Crossville, passed away on March 19, 2024, at Cumberland Medical Center.

She was born on January 14, 1942, in Bassfield, Mississippi, the daughter of Bufford B. Saulters and Lillie Mae (Dean) Saulters.

Doris was an Insurance Adjuster with Allstate for many years.

She is survived by her daughter: Rhonda Waldrup (Steve); son: Ricky Hodges; grandchildren: Jennifer Waldrup (Joe Griffin), Jason Waldrup (Amber), Jonathan Waldrup, and Dustin Hodges; great-grandchildren: Rowen, Allie, Raeleigh; and sister: Lois Tyler.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by 7 of her brothers and sisters.

A memorial service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends from noon until 1 p.m. before the service.
