One day. That is all a Morgan County jury needed to convict a man of attempted second-degree murder. James Duncan got into a physical altercation with Ryan Massengale outside of a bar in May of 2018. Duncan reportedly stabbed Massengale twice after an argument about a theft. With the jury finding Duncan guilty, a sentencing date of February 7, 2020 will be held to determine his length of time to serve in prison.
