ELAINE R. DUNBAR age 66 of Crossville, TN passed away March 1, 2023.She was born April 15, 1956 in Crossville, TN the daughter of Donald and Inez Morgan Rose. She was retired after more than 35 years as a rural letter carrier with the USPS and was very active in the Tennessee Rural Letter Carrier Association where she served as local steward and state officer. She and her husband Keith were members of Dorton United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband Keith Dunbar of Crossville, TN, daughter- Rachel Dunbar of Homestead, FL, sister-in-law- Carolyn Rose of Crossville, TN and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers- Austin and Bob Rose.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Friday March 10, 2023 from 2pm-4pm at Hood Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday March 11, 2023 from 4pm-8pm at Dorton United Methodist Church with the service starting at 7:30pm.
