Funeral services for Ella Mae Bilbrey, age 74, of Crossville, will be Friday, March 1, at 11 a.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Green Acres Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends Thursday, February 28, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors include son, Stephen Bilbrey; daughter, Nettie Phipps; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe and Linda Lowe, Earl and Theresa Lowe, Claude Lowe, Dale Lowe and Billy Joe Lowe; sisters and brother-in-law, Kathy Lowe, Brenda and Harry Bailey, and Rachel Pryor. Bilbrey Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
