Memorial services for Emma Lou Lowe, age 85, of Crossville, will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 3 p.m. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. prior to the service.

Survivors include her daughter: Diana Lynn Lowe; son: Kenneth Wayne Lowe; and grandchildren: Jesse Lowe and Kealey Lowe.
