Eulis Evans, age 94 of Forbus, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the Livingston Regional Hospital.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 12:00 noon at the Travisville Community Church in Forbus. Burial will follow in the Davidson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
