Evelyn Faye Smith, age 84 of Jamestown, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at home.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 12:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown. Entombment will follow at the Fentress Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 8, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel in Jamestown.
