St. Mary’s Hospital in Knoxville is bringing its Healthcare on Wheels to Crab Orchard every month.
The Healthcare on Wheels will be at 87 Commerce Street every second Tuesday of the month from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Services provided for citizens without insurance include primary care (disease prevention and treatment including acute illness, minor injuries, chronic conditions (diabetes, blood pressure, etc), and more. The staff will also provide patient education.
Services not provided include dental/vision care, contraception, narcotics or pain management, pregnancy services, screenings for disabilities, or workman’s compensation.
